The bundle includes:
- 1:1 coaching (60 min session, we can overrun a bit if needed),

- an eczema friendly soap bar
The online consultation involves:
- understanding more in depth your history of eczema, the history of past eczema treatments including steroids.
- finding what could be the root causes of your eczema and outlining how to best approach the matter (lifestyle changes where necessary)
- to help you treat your eczema naturally, prevent further flare ups (some are expected once you cut the steroids completely), but we can discuss how to minimise that to the best possible way, and how to best taking care of your skin overall.
